2013 Hartwell Motorcycle Club Championships Round 4 – 1st & 2nd June, 2013 Phillip Island [Entry Form]
This round of the 2013 Hartwell Motorcycle Club Championship series will be incorporating a Round of the 2013 MRRDA Series. Those
competing in the MRRDA series must circle YES on entry form indicating you are an MRRDA competitor.

SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONSHARTWELL MOTORCYCLE CLUB will conduct ROUND 4 OF THE HARTWELL MOTORCYCLE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS incorporating R3 MRRDA on June 1 & 2, 2013
Classes will be determined by entries received by May 23, 2013.
Saturday – gates open at 7am, scrutineering 7.15am, rider’s briefing 8.40am, practice commences 9am, qualifying approx 10-16 mins, racing (approx.) 5 laps (approx 12noon.)
Sunday – gates open 7am, 9.00am Warm up (time permitting) followed by racing (approx.) 5 laps, Greg Bailey 20 mins + 1 lap.Timetable subject to change depending on entries for classes received. -

THE SERIES
Each round of the 2013 Hartwell Motorcycle Club Championship is a two day meeting, with practice, qualifying and racing on Saturday, where possible a warm-‐up on Sunday then racing. There will be 4 championship point scoring races for each class over the weekend, time permitting. See ‘Race Format’ below for more details. The Mt Gambier round is an Interclub, so members of Hartwell MCC AND Mt Gambier can compete and be eligible for race trophies but only Hartwell members will be eligible for points trophies at the end of the weekend. The other four Club Rounds are for financial members of Hartwell ONLY.
Gates open at 7am at each round, Sign-‐on & scrutineering starts at 7.15am and practice/warm up starts 9am both days.
