All Hartwell Memberships become due on the 1st January 2013, please download and print the form below and fax to 03) 9729 7729. Membership is an Annual Fee that expires on the 31st December and is renewable on the 1st January each year.
Once you fax your application and payment has been approved, you will receive a membership card in the post.
